Notes:
-Make sure to run this program as an administrator (by right clicking and selecting Run As Administrator) or else you will get an error.
-All this program does is copy two dll's to your windows installation directory and add the nessicary registry values needed to run Dreamscece.
-Despite what it's called this activator also works on all versions of Windows Vista.
